Saddam to sue over prison photos

The Sun says this is an "extraordinary iconic news image"
Saddam Hussein plans to take legal action after a British newspaper published photos of him half-naked in his prison cell and doing his washing.

We will sue the newspaper and everyone who helped in showing these pictures," said Saddam Hussein's chief lawyer Ziad Al-Khasawneh, speaking from Jordan.

But if the Geneva Convention is basis for a law suit, we soon will owe more to detainees than we do China in trade deficits.

Earlier report said it's illegal for whoever released the pics.

Since our Govt. has disavowed knowledge......If it's an individual, he's guilty....crock of shit, how did an individual get a camera in there and and take the pic? I would think that access to Saddamm is for a relatively few folks? EH? Shouldn't be hard to figure this one out.
