have our PNAC overlords designed this war to be neverending? |
|
will this war morph into another one soon? will victory be declared in Iraq and war declared in Iran? even today the president said it's counterproductive to put a time schedule on this glorious war.
so, how long will our men and women continue to die in vain in the middle east? till the bush term is up? or way beyond that? and will our lobotomized lobby-ized democratic leaders continue to support it and be complicit in it?
i figure any day now, another horrible terror attack will occur and the monstrous 2nd term plan goes into effect on a time schedule designed in the late 90's, by PNAC pricks, gary bauer, bill kkkristol, jeb bush, daddy bush, cheney, rummy, kkkondi, perle, wolfie, and all our other overlords.
5 years? 10? 30? it's up to us.

4. They wanted to "reform" the entire middle east |
|
I don't think they realize how incompetent they are at "reforming" however, and eventually they'll run out of money and we'll all be screwed.

But it seems like it will be very long story as long as the same group of people will remain in charge and it looks like we'll see more wars in the future as well unless it gets stopped.
Personally I am somewhat afraid that if the Iran war doesn't get the approval they seek they'll try another attack to justify the war.
I think that it will continue after Bush's term as well by somebody within the decision making core as you have listed above.
Edit: strange typo

9. "The War Against Terror" has an On/Off switch. |
|
Just post 9/11, as I saw the creation of the War on Terror, I recognized it for what it is. It's a war that can be turned on and off as those in power desire.
It generates power for them. It makes the masses more controllable. It can be used as an excuse for all kinds of things. And once it becomes inconvenient, it can be declared over and/or won.
I guarantee, should a Democrat win the White House, the War on Terror will be declared over before that Dem takes office.

10. Sometimes going to war |

IS winning. If a Dem gets back to the WH the War will not be over because it must be won. But it may not be a "war on terror".
