DR. Rice broadens accusations that Syria is contributing to Iraq violence

WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Friday broadened U.S. accusations that Syria was contributing to violent insurgencies in
Iraq.

After a meeting with Iraq's planning minister, Barham Salih, Rice again accused Syria of supporting terror. To that, she added an allegation that Syria may also be providing financial support for insurgents as well as "allowing its territory to be used to organize terrorist attacks against innocent Iraqis."

Moreover, Rice said, Syria was supporting Palestinians trying to undercut cooperation with Israel on a projected withdrawal from Gaza.

7. they even look similar: Iraq's sorta narrow, like 'Nam, Syria's roundish
with a point sticking up out of its northeast, and Iran's big and raggedy and lumpy like China--and only LeMay-type psychos want to go into it!

2. They just can't let go, can they?
Syria did just what they wanted over Lebanon, so now they're coming up with other things to complain about. We really need to be tying this to the 2002 memo as an example of fixing the intelligence around the policy.

It also might not hurt to quote a little from Riverbend:

http://riverbendblog.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_riverbendblog_archive.html#111636281930496496

She stood in the crowded room as her drove of minions stood around her...A huddling mass trying to draw closer to her aura of evil. The lights flashed against her fangs as her cruel lips curled into a grimace. It was meant to be a smile but it wouldn't reach her cold, lifeless eyes… It was a leer - the leer of the undead before a feeding...

The above was not a scene from Buffy the Vampire Slayer- it was just Condi Rice in Iraq a day ago. At home, we fondly refer to her as The Vampire. She's such a contrast to Bush - he simply looks stupid. She, on the other hand, looks utterly evil.

Eat shit and die. Yea, that is it ....... it is Syria's fault ......

and the shit happens after we invade ...... Got to be Syria's fault.

The lies keep coming and the media keeps spreading them.

8. They have to keep Syria scared and in line.
Also creates a pretext for an eventual invasion should they decide to do it. Couldn't do that w/o a lot more soldiers from somewhere....
