Want to know WHY US troop deaths in Iraq ISN'T 10,000 already? I KNOW why

See, I help count those deaths (no I do not cheat WHO said that!!!)

And every morning before I sit down and open my newsfeeds to count any deaths in Iraq -this is the important bit-

I tug my panties back down outta my...ummm...I make myself comfy, then I open a can of diet mountain dew and take 3 sips. Not 2 sips. Not 4 sips. 3 sips be the number.

Then I sit there and wonder HOW THE HELL PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ADULTS WITH SOME SEMBLANCE OF BRAIN AND SUPPOSEDLY "LEADING" THIS ENTIRE NATION CAN BE SO UNBELIEVABLY STUPID!!! ARRRRRRRRGH!!!

And that works. That's why we're not at 10,000 US troop deaths and I can PROVE IT: we don't have 10,000 dead US troops in Iraq. SLAM DUNK!

And I even have a back-up proof;

Senator McConnell says so. Yep. He says that's why we haven't had any more 911 attacks. Only instead of my routine, he applauds bush's "JAPAN'S PEARL HARBOUR HITLER'S POLAND PRE-EMPTIVE ILLEGAL SUPREME CRIME" COPY-CAT STRIKES ON NATIONS THAT HADN'T BEEN DOING ONE DAMN THING TO US OR TO ANYONE ELSE and says what a GOOD THANG it is to do such strikes.

If "they" truly found some value in attacking us they would be doing more of that now than ever. Thanks to our attacks on a country that had no WMD and had no involvement in 9/11 more of "them" hate us than ever before. Yet, they are not attacking us.

That seems like awfully good circumstantial proof that "they" didn't attack us in the first place.

My thinking is so screwed up by poor journalism, excellant propaganda and citizen apathy that I get frustrated to the point of verbal inaction. Unfortunately, what we need now is more verbal action, not less.

I wish I knew what course of action to commit to. I wish there were a leader showing me what to do. I wish there were writers able to give me the words to share with my friends to show that Jesus wouldn't bomb anyone, let alone torture them.

Torturing Iraqis to find WMD that weren't there to begin with? Where are the reparations?

16. Thanks for your work with ICCC, it must be heart wrenching

After watching Star Wars on Thursday evening I starting getting really depressed, not just sad. What helped was going out to the streets on Friday afternoon to protest the recruiters. I always get the figures for my sign from ICCC, so your work really does help keep the message accurate even if it is bad news.

I felt much better when we were done for the day because many, many cars were honking and waving the thumbs up and peace sign to us. We are not alone, we will keep working all around the country and the world so that you can stop counting.
