After some good Maoist self-criticism sessions, they decided to tell only jokes that subject the enemies of Our Dear Leader to ridicule.

2. Recharging their batteries, I hope.. Like Chapelle, takes a lot of energy

to be consistently cutting-edge, brilliant, on-spot, etc.

Hope that's all it is and not network pressure.

They usually do 4 to 6 weeks then take 1 or 2 off. They'll be back next week I suspect.

4. Looks like they upgraded their site...

I know they had slowed down with uploading clips on the old site... and it was completely gone one night, so I went to the main site for Comedy Central and found the new TDS site.

It's good to hear that they'll probably be back soon... they took off the wrong couple of weeks. They missed a whole lot of great material beginning with Galloway.

7. Sweeps are over....break time.

Check your tv listings...all repeats and crap from here on out.
Althoug the Daily Show will be back, they are probably just chilling after a month long sweeps run like everyone else.

I wish the program would be 1 hour every night including fridays but I'm willing to allow Jonny a few days off for his kid...
