so, why don't centrists want to ally with the left? |
|
I mean, we have two positive statements regarding this now. Or maybe the more pertinent question is, "why do centrists complain when the left votes for third party candidates when those centrists don't want progressive votes in the first place?"

3. So there's no demands that the left would make? |
|
OK then, I will ally. You should have told me this was just a symbolic union that doesn't have anything to do with anyone's agenda or anything else.

SouthernDem2004 has enumerated them for the masses. To wit:
Eco-Terrorist Animal Rights Terrorist Communist, socialist and anarchist (Of course there are degrees.) Anti-religion Want to disband the military. Hate the Military and Police Those preparing for the upcoming "civil war." Anti-Business "classist" meaning they are superior to others. IE: There views of the South, moderates and Christians. They hate. The hate anyone that disagrees with them. Have a sense of superiority. They are right and anyone that does not agree with them is an idiot. Intolerence....
That's what you'd expect, right?

and i have heard a lot of other people on this board that are centrists. i am not a democrat, yet i have been on this site for over a year gathering gaining information. and in my own world informing all i can in what is happening in this nation. i have given money to this board, and to the dnc and to kerry campaign. i am all in it with everyone else
so why are you saying centrists dont want to work with democrats. and why bothered when far left vote for a third candidate. well hey, cause made it too close for bush in 2000 to steal it and didnt want it to happen again in 2004. unfortunately bush just gained confidence in stealing in 2000 and then 2002 that it seems wasnt a to do to steal large in 2004

5. He's saying that because he heard it straight from the man. |
|
That would be me. If you're a centrist, I speak for you. And I laid it out plain and clear: no alliance with the left.

Seems this discussion could be continued in your previous thread. And a reminder to all about discussing the message and not the messenger seems apt here.
Thanks for your consideration DU Mod
