I know, I know it's way too early
& I know it'll never happen, but here's my pick for 2008. I've dreamt of this ticket since the late 70's.
I think it'd be a killer. Wanted to see it in the early 80's.

Comments?

1. Wes Clark and ND Senator Kent Conrad....
A "Clark-Kent" ticket!

6. To be serious, I would prefer a different nominee than John Kerry
in 2008. No slam to the senator, he's just not in my top 5 choices. Bob Kerrey is a great guy and would probably have been a better choice than Edwards as vp in 2004 (hindsight is 20/20).

As to Clark-Kent, yes, I was being humorous, but it would be anexceptional ticket. Conrad is from the upper mid-west, has a solid resume and a good voting record. Clark/Conrad (or Clark-Kent) would be strong ticket.

My personal preference would be Wes Clark and Montana governor Brian Schweitzer.

3. Interesting.
I was thinking Kerry/Clark or Kerry/Boxer, but I will consider Kerrey (for you).
It is damn catchy, isn't it? The sheeple are likely to be confused, though. "Can't vote for them, they got the same damn name. How am I supposed to know who's talkin?" LOL.

4. Bob Kerrey kinda dropped out of sight for a while
But got rejuvenated on the 9-11 commission. It could as easily be the other way around & would still be formidable. I've been fans of both of them since they were first elected.

5. Give me an hour alone with him first.
Then if he doesn't sue the snot out of the Swift Liars, we can forget him forever. If he does sue them for libel, it'll mean he's shaking off all that hideously bad advice he's been getting from the DLC.

Remember, winning the suit isn't the point. Getting subpoena power and being able to follow all of the money and all of the connections is.
