My conversation with Right Wing Nut Bags. No wonder they can sleep.

So I ventured into a Right Wing freak show over the weekend, and here is what I've "learned."

1. Clinton was responsible for the first WT Center bombing though he'd only been in office for 1 month at the time it occurred.

2. Clinton was also responsible for the 2nd WTC bombing in spite of the fact that Bush was in office for an entire 8 months before 911. It matters not that Bush never once addressed the issue of Al Qaida, it was all Clinton's fault.

3. Bush is a hero because only 3000 Americans died at the hands of Al Qaida, on his watch in 4.5 years.

4. Clinton dropped the ball because 6 died similarly on his watch in 8 years.

5. Bush is a hero because we only had one major Al Qaida attack on US soil on his watch.

6. Clinton is a villain because we had one minor Al Qaida attack on US soil on his watch.

7. Everyone thought Saddam had WMD's thus Bush was honest when he said Saddam was developing a NUKLAR program. *They provide quotes from before CLINTON AND THE UN disarmed Saddam* during operation Desert Fox, as proof Democrats agreed with Bush on the WMD issue, of course no quotes mention NUKES. They seem to have forgotten that NUKES and 911 were the major justifications for war? In fact, they deny this in spite of seeing Bush/Cheney/Condi's words before the war to this effect. They do provide a couple of quotes from Dems after Bush lied to the Senate/Congress as proof that everyone in Washington wanted to invade Iraq on the WMD issue, but the quotes omit where Dems said "let the UN inspections continue, we must be certain.." Additionally, many of the quotes were made in statements suggesting that Saddam was not a threat to the US.

8. Capturing Saddam was very important to protect the US because he gave money to "Terrorists" er um "Suicide Bombers" er uhm "families of Suicide bombers" er um, ok ONE family of ONE man who was fighting in the Palestine Israeli war who could be said to be a "suicide bomber." Capturing Saddam was also important because Iraqi officials MAY have offered Osama a place to stay long before 911? Or they may not have?

9. Capturing Osama HIMSELF however was not important because the global war on terror is larger than just one guy. Let's forget that this guy funded the 911 attacks, it matters not. However we are much, much safer with that ONE GUY Saddam Hussein in captivity PHEW!

10. Pictures showing bombed killed Iraqi civilians are not really pictures from US bombs, they are pictures of casualties from the insurgents because our bombs don't ever kill innocent people. Everyone we kill in Iraq is a "terrorist."

11. Terrorists have stopped concentrating on Terrorism because they are so very distracted with the war in Iraq. Keep in mind, no innocent people are dying because of this battle though, thank goodness!

12. Shock and Awe could not have injured anyone because reporters in the back round miles away from Baghdad are not dead. In spite of the fact that Pentagon officials said "there will be no safe place in Baghdad" our bombs knew just what to hit and were able to make certain all buildings were empty and innocent people were not in the area, before falling to the ground. Again, PHEW!

13. The economy is in rough shape because of Clinton.

14. The economy is in really great shape because of Bush!

I hope you all are as enlightend as I am now.
