Throw in other sites, too if you want:
The Nation The Village Voice Mother Jones
etc.
Give Denny something to do in his spare time.

1. Do you support President Bush in his efforts to wipe out terrorism wordwide even if this war goes on for many years? Yes No No Opinion
2. Do you think American troops should pursue terrorists and their leaders even if it means going into countries where we are not invited?
5. Some critics say that in tracking downpotential foreign terrorists, the FBI and other investigative agencies are infringing on individuals COnstitutional rights. Do you think this is reasonable if it leads to exposing more terrorists in our country?
14. Do you support eliminating the Death Tax?
28. Do you back President Bush's efforts to build a "missile defense shield" to protect America from nuclear attack from rogue states such as Norht Korea and Iran?
43. In recent years, has the federal govt grown more or less intrusive in your personal and business affairs?
51. DO you believe all abortions should be banned?

11. damn, that's almost criminally loaded questions. |
|
the statistician/question writer should have one of his or her gonads removed and switched with the opposite sex. because we all know that in a population of people, testicles = pop. and ovaries = pop. add together, pop + pop = 2pop. so we can divide by two and distribute evenly! so therefore all people have 1 testicle and 1 ovary! yay, statistics!
some people shouldn't be allowed near scientific tools.

the survey, the envelope, etc.
I filled it out for stress relief. I even wrote something about "Jesus wouldn't approve of the way this President and Congress treats the poor and sick." I tried to sound like an unhappy Rethuglican. They covered the economy, SS, Medicare, Immigration, SCOTUS, Education, national defense, terrorism.

10. To weigh down the envelope and still appear |

legit, answer each question separately on a loose sheet of paper, but only one answer per sheet. They are so used to their constituency being somewhat simpleminded, they'll think it's legit...

14. I use prepaid envelopes for trash removal. |
|
I cut up old magazines, LL Bean catalogs & the like to fill the envelopes as full as possible. (I fit a whole J Marco mail order catalog in an credit card offer the other day.) I prefer catalogs or magazines over other types of paper because the paper is more dense.
I'd recommend against sand or metal washers. The last thing you need to do is break a USPS sorting machine.
I do not deface any of the bar codes or secret numbers. I want these guys to know who the reply is from.
