Bank of America is spineless.

All you have to do is get a customer service representative on the line, ask for their name and the name of their supervisor and tell them to connect you with their supervisor and keep doing that until you get pretty high up on the food chain.

If there is a discrepancy in your account or something that you feel is unfair, they will always try to screw you so that it is in their favor.

Tell them that you are extremely dissatisfied with their service, blah, blah, blah and that you are going to pull your accounts and go with another bank.

Also tell them that you are going to tell your friends and family to do the same. Tell them that you are going to post on your blog that the bank has horrible service and that you are advising everyone that you come into contact with that they should not do business with that bank.

Tell them that they are the reason that the publics trust in corporations is so low. Mention the Chairman, President, CEO, CFO and Corporate Personnel Executive's names and tell them that you will be personally writing each of these people and telling them your dissatisfaction with the bank, also mention that you will be putting their(Costumer Service Representative)name in the letters. They will cave immediately.

I just got B of A to "give in" to some shit they tried to pull on me. If you get high enough up on the chain they would rather just not deal with your bullshit and them not having to listen to your bullshit is only a key stroke away.

By calling them they are obligated to listen, remember this: THEY CAN NOT HANG UP ON YOU. Don't be rude, and don't use profanity, they will have to listen to you no matter what, sort of a corporate filibuster.
