Anyone know a good article that talks about the state of Iraq? |
|
What's happening in other parts of Iraq? How are people faring in areas that aren't under siege from either side? Is there food? Are there jobs? Is there money? Is there hospital care? Does the U.S. installed government exert influence across the entire country, or is Iraq pretty much a series of largely autonomous regions separated by a no-man's land. If anyone has seen a good article, please post a link.
Thanks.

Prof. Juan Cole from the University of Michigan has a blog called Informed Comment. He writes about Iraq in some detail. www.juancole.com.

5. We haven't made it a state yet. |

Sorry, no, nothing to contribute, but couldn't leave the ball sitting on the tee without taking a swing at it.
