"If the President does it, that means it is not illegal".Thus spake Nixon |
during the Watergate Era and was shot down by Archibald Cox.The ghost of Nixon has returned in the form of the Downing Street Minutes or revelations that Bush had already decided to invade Iraq and fixing evidence to support that decision, in the process fooling Congress and the American people. It may be time for Howard Dean to read Bush the riot act saying this is a nation of laws, not of men.

2. This is no longer a nation of laws, so Dean would be misspeaking to say |
so: this is a nation wherein a Repug president can do anything he wants and this Congress, the Supremes, and the MSM will go along and the people will say little, no matter how illegal, inhumane, unjust, unconstitutional.
