On the June 2 edition of American Family Radio's AFA Report, host Don Wildmon, chairman of the American Family Association (AFA), and a panel of AFA employees lit up the airwaves with anti-Latino and anti-immigrant rhetoric.

First, AFA Journal news director Ed Vitagliano declared that America's Latino community should "answer[] for the comment" from Mexican President Vicente Fox that undocumented immigrants in the U.S. do jobs "even blacks wouldn't do":

VITAGLIANO: Any response from the Hispanic community to illegal immigration should start with answering for the comment from the president of Mexico.

Later, American Family Radio news director Fred Jackson warned that illegal immigration was directly responsible for the election of Los Angeles mayor-elect Antonio Villaraigosa and would result in the election of Latino mayors across the United States:
