Article 77 was dropped due to unsubstancial evidence.

I'm not scared,nor nervous. I'm just ready to see how they will lay it on me.

I advise for you to invoke your right to a court-martial as per the Uniform Code of Military Justice, section 815, article 15, part (a):
However, except in the case of a member attached to or embarked in a vessel, punishment may not be imposed upon any member of the armed forces under this article if the member has, before the imposition of such punishment, demanded trial by court-martial in lieu of such punishment.

Having a court-martial instead of an article 15 is your right and will bring publicity to your case in the media. If there is enough backlash than the charges will hopefully be dropped.
