Of course Hannity will spin this somehow or won't mention it at all but he was one of the more hysterically anti science pundits during the single mnost tasteless display in the history of television. He intimated that "the husband" was trying to kill Terry so that he could not be tried for murder. Which is true Republican logic. A man tries to kill his wife so that no one will think he killed her. Anywhoo....

FOX covered the autopsy finding and then went immediately to a Bush speech about how the Democrats are responsible for gas prices. No analysis, no mea culpa, nothing.

I don't think anyone is going to ever sue to keep Roger Ailes' feeding tube in.

Talk about intentional infliction of emotional distress, not to mention unmitigated slander! The media (and any public figure who uses it as a political tool) should be held accountable when they just maliciously make shit up and hurt innocent people. They publicly accused this poor man of murder, spread horrible lies about him and made his life a living hell, all with no factual basis. They unlawfully interfered with his legal right to care for his wife as he saw fit. They committed terrible crimes against Mr. Schiavo, and he should avail himself of every civil remedy available to him, if only to make these unprincipled hacks think twice before reporting blatant bullshit instead of fact-based news reports. Like the ones used to sue the Aryan Nation and some other hate groups into bankruptcy. If there was ever a case of a person wrongfully slandered, this is it...and not only to defame, but to murder.

I'm sure a good laywer, like the one Mr. Schaivo has, can tie together the many groups who operated in concert with one another in a conspiracy to defame his client. The fact someone was picked up with the "will and means" to kill Mr. Schaivo along with all the death threats, this could be quite an interesting trial.

One person who deserves to not get off on this fiasco is Gibbs, the hack lawyer for the Swindlers. He's the one who pressed those endless lawsuits that cost millions, attempted to be a witness in a case he was representing (highly unethical) and spread a lot of the lies about Mr. Schaivo on the media and a court of law. The Florida bar association should look into this goon's activities in this case and see if he violated their ethic laws.

Plus, while we're at it...let's get a peek at all those "funds" set up for Mrs. Schaivo. Let's open them books a bit and see who got what money for doing what. Could be Mr. Schaivo could be entitled to a little "pain and suffering" from that pie.
