What is that test that's done to determine if a Pres will be reelected? |

I think it's done by that Professor at American University. I forget his name. (Alan Richman - I think)
Where he takes all these different factors and if the current administration has failed in so many areas it is determined that he will not win?
I think it has something to do with "keys" or something like that.
My question is how does Bush stack up.
I remember the economy and foreign policy mistakes being among those keys that spell political doom.

Bush has 5 false keys; 4 unknown keys (too early to determine); and four true keys.
This can't be good for Bush.
