Hey, I donated via paypal a few hours ago. Anyone have any idea how long it'll take before I'm included as a donor?

probably, but why don't you drop them an email to follow up and make sure they have your username with the donation.

I wasn't sure how it worked, even though I read the donation page multiple times. It seemed a bit vague for the way my brain works.

5. actually it really depends on how you donate.

if you had donated with the one time Credit Card opinion I believe the star is instantaneous. With PayPal they have to get the email from PayPal to let them know the donation is there.

I do recommend you email them with your user name and the PayPal receipt number to insure you get the credit.

They should be in Monday AM and will get it then.

You may want to mention where you felt the information was "vague" they are always looking for ways to improve the site.

6. Huh...okay.

I sent an e-mail with my user name...didn't do the Paypal receipt number.

It just said to e-mail a note including your user name and, if you want a bumper sticker (I do) to make sure my mailing address is included. I guess my wife has it said up so paypal also transmits our shipping address. So that should be covered, at least.

There is a time lag, and the admins try very hard to get people their stars as quickly as possible.
