in red Cherokee County, Georgia (a rare sight here). But it was on an SUV.

1. I still see them all the time. |
|
Mostly on Saabs and Volvos, but on a few junkers, too.

2. they're all OVER Los Angeles |
|
I swear, more now than I saw during the election. I had to take mine off because my car was in a movie we were making, but I didn't feel too bad because I hadn't seen one in ages. Now they're everywhere.

4. Around here (Minneapolis), I don't think anybody took their stickers off. |
|
I see dozens of them every day, about the same as before the election -- in fact, I wonder whether some people put Kerry stickers on their cars *after* the election. What I don't see so many of any more are Bush stickers.

5. Mine comes off tomorrow, along with my DU sticker |
|
Someone bumped my Prius bumper, and it goes in to be repainted tomorrow.
Never fear, I have a cache of anti-Bush sticker to replace it with.
Funny story: a few weeks ago a couple of teenagers were walking past my house, and I overheard one say "How come you never see Bush stickers on hybrinds?"

And as long as I keep seeing W stickers I plan to keep it.

7. Me too...I almost gave her the finger! |
|
Not because of the sticker, but because she wouldn't move into the left lane when she could easily see I was about to merge into the right. Could have caused an accident. I almost gave her the finger until I saw the bumper sticker. :)

8. I still see quite a few around Minnesota |
|
Edited on Mon Jun-27-05 06:07 PM by CatholicEdHead
More around the east Metro (St. Paul area).
The BC04 ones were very popular just post-election here but are slowly dropping off. They are mostly only on luxury SUV's now.

North Fulton might be red, although the county is blue, but I see a heck of a lot of them around here in Alpharetta. You also see a heck of a lot of the W stickers around, what a surprise, as you well know. :)

10. I see them daily in Dallas and the surrounding |
|
suburbs.
But I also see stuff like
"Peace is patriotic"
"Peacemonger" (I like that one)
"Don't blame me, I voted for Democrats!"
And a lot of W's with a red slash mark through them.
In fact, I'm hard pressed to find pro-bush stickers anymore. Or those silly magnetic ribbons. They've all but disappeared. Guess they were just trendy. And I noticed they fade really badly.

11. I saw "Bush lied 2004" |
|
with an upsidedown flag on it. Looked remarkably like the actual Bush/Cheney one, except for the alterations.

Mine came off on January 20.
That and I'm such a bad driver I'd hate to give Conservatives the wrong impression about Kerry supporters.

13. I still see a lot of Kerry bumper stickers, even saw one on a Mercedes |
|
SUV the other day. I don't see very many Bush stickers, but the yellow ribbons are still everywhere, at least in Kansas

went to Pride in Seattle yesterday...I picked up a couple of buttons and bumper/window stickers, signed a few petitions, and generally had a great time.
Seattle's a pretty liberal place anyway, but you couldn't turn around without seeing a Kerry/Edwards sticker or some other Democrat insignia.
Me...I got a bumper sticker that says "Comfort the Disturbed and Disturb the Comfortable." My wife said it fit me.
I also got a button for my backpack that says "Dissent is not a crime."
Oh... and an Air America window sticker. Which I can't get to stay in the window because the bleedin' air has been so moist since I got it.
<sigh>
Ah, well.
