Not to beat a dead horse but suppose it had been Elian Gonzalez'...
...father who had drowned while trying to come to America with Elian rather than his mother. Would there have had been any complaints from anyone about sending him back to Cuba to his loving mama? What do you think? I don't think so. Why the double standard?

2. You know what's bugging me?
Joe Namath's hair. He should get that cut, it's really unbecoming.

3. I always like your posts...
I read them whenever I see them.

This one is something I thought of when it was happening and it kept me up at night.

Equality...pfft.

4. I like his posts too but
I am still trying to find out what NNN0LHI stands for.....

Also in the Terri S. case, WHATIF the parents were the ones that wanted to terminate her live support because it was HER wishes but it was the husband that wanted to keep her alive... IMHO this would have never been a blip on the news reporting......

5. Sure, if his mother had wanted to remain in Cuba
and had supported the revolution there.

That was the point. The right wing doesn't give a shit about family, including both sets of grandparents. The right wing only cares about political posturing.

To this day, they yammer about sending that kid back to a communist hell.

If they'd have been uninsured for as long as I have, that communist hell would start looking pretty good to them.

6. Yes, because the right wing would argue she was a slut drug addict
child beater.

Politics trumps families.
