Hah - Woman Officer asked "Bow Tie" Carlson to Enlist

I was flipping channels and Carlson was debating a retired female officer about women in military combat. He was a driveling idiot and she ripped him a new one. He went on about how unfair it was to take mothers away from their children and she told him it was equally unfair to take fathers away from their children. He went on about women getting mangled in combat and she retorted that women were mangled in the WTC and Pentagon.

She told him without the women, they better plan another draft.

At the end she told him she assumed he was enlisting to save women from combat and he said he'd going on talking about issues.

Other than that - this show is as bad as Dennis Miller - when will MSNBC trot out the chimp! The other chimp!

2. Mothers and Fathers

Too bloody true. In fact, for Father's Day, all the Reight-Wing pundits were barking and farting about the absolute necessity of having Daddy around.

My favorite RW dipshit, Bruce Tinsley, even had a poem about it in his "Mallard Fillmore" Pappy's Day strip; without a father, he declared, statistics show that kids "don't have a chance." (One must assume, then, that he supports the pre-emptive execution/euthanasia of orphans, including children who lost parents in TWAT*.)

So we shouldn't be casually tossing fathers into war without reason. And Kathleen Parker doesn't want women stepping outside of the kitchen (well, except her, apparently); so who does that leave to send?

5. The worst thing was

he tried to say Lori Piestewa was raped, tortured, then murdered and was a single mother...only he couldn't remember her name or anything except she might of been Hopi or something like that and was a single mother. Beyond the fact that he got everything wrong, if you are going to use a person as an example at least know their name. Loved the officer saying she assumed he was enlisting soon and his running from the whole idea.

9. I won't watch him

but caught that while flipping through channels and had to listen because I thought he was talking about a different soldier st first. When I figured it out the officer had caught my attention. It was worth bow tie torture to hear her. I won't watch again though because he never did correct himself and to leave lies like that for Lori Piestewa's family to hear is wrong on so many levels.
