FUHRMAN Graverobbing the SCHIAVO Case (Book)
Edited on Tue Jun-28-05 09:34 AM by UTUSN
He and a sister of Teri's was with MATT LAUER. He said the autopsy report was fine and what he expected but that he disagrees with the D.A.'s saying he's conducting an inquiry not an investigation, that it SHOULD go to a grand jury, that SHIAVO "lied" every time he gave a new deposition. Yet he beat around many bushes, not exactly making specific allegations, just hanging those golddigging INNUENDOES out there. He said SHIAVO should be made to answer questions under oath.

Never has one man owed so much to the N-word.

3. He was right about Skakel, which is what he's cashing in on now
Because he helped put away a Kennedy relative for a long-unsolved murder, he now feels that he is an expert on all crimes, and in this case, even non-crimes.

2. Omigod! Who gives a rat's ass what that pig has to say?
He should be ashamed of himself, trying to make money off that poor dead woman and a tragic situation.

And shame on NBC/Today Show/Matt Lauer for trying to share in that.

This is disgusting.

4. OK...Let's Cast The Movie...
We're still to get the books from the Swindlers and then Randall Terry. Surely some cable network already has this movie already on budget...like EWTN or Trinity Broacasting or PAX.

Of course we have Michael Shaivo played by Michael Jackson. His lawyer? O.J. Simpson. The Swindlers will be portrayed by the real-life married couple of Soledad and Miles "Mindbender" O'Brien and Randall Terry will be cast by R. Lee Ermy.

Isn't it nice that liars like Fuhrman and G. Gordon Liddy become "experts". Takes one to know one, eh?

5. Since Hannity talked him into doing the book
what else could be expected? He interviewed no member of the Schiavo family, and wrote the entire book before the autopsy even came out. It's obvious what this is.

Terri Schiavo's Estranged Husband May Not Be Charged in 911 Delay

June 27, 2005
Clearwater, FL (LifeNews.com) -- Terri Schiavo's estranged husband likely won't be charged with any crime relating to his failure to promptly call 911 after he allegedly discovered Terri's body crumpled on the floor following a collapse. Florida Governor Jeb Bush has asked a state prosecutor to look into the matter.

Earlier this month, Bush asked State Attorney Bernie McCabe, the prosecutor for Pinellas and Pasco counties, to look into the 911 discrepancy.

(snip)

Still, McCabe said he's looking at Bush's request as an "inquiry" rather than a normal investigation of a crime.

If McCabe finds wrongdoing, Michael Schiavo could escape any criminal charges, because the statute of limitations for any crime other than murder or manslaughter has expired. Also, failing to call 911 is not a crime in Florida and Michael could only be charged with a crime if he was found to have caused Terri's collapse.

(snip)

McCabe told the Herald he would be fast and thorough in his inquiry.

"It's going to be pretty quick, I would guess, unless I come across something,'' he said.
