1. Good news is that their is a concerted effort on that
Edited on Tue Jun-28-05 10:29 AM by Mass
See letter sent to Bush this morning + kerry's editorial in the NYTimes

I hope they will continue to hammer that throughout the day.

5. It was firm but gentle but now talking about new SC nominee
Asking blivet** to communicate any choices with the Senate for advice and consent before trying to ram someone down their throats. (my words, not his)

4. Kerry had an Op Ed Piece in the Times today

6. Kerry hit Bush in a NYT op ed piece today. Looks like they're tag-teaming.
This adds to the pressure on Bush if he doesn't deliver tonight with the common sense approach outlined by Kennedy and Kerry.

7. Great address!
Kennedy just tore the administration apart!
Does anyone else feel, like I do, that Ted appears to have just woken up from a long sleep? This Senate address today, and his comments a few days a go about Iraq becoming a quagmire, are the most remarkable things I've heard from him it what seems to be a long while. Maybe our party has determined that it's starting to be Okay to be a 'liberal'.
