2. possibly eventually
I wouldn't hold my breath today - such a strategy would surely backfire if tried immediately.

4. How long do you suppose an appropriate waiting period should last?
I'm willing to wait, but I think it must be done. Galloway has already said as much in England.

3. The only political party that is allowed to exploit terrorist attacks
for political gain is the republican party.

5. I know that is said tongue-in-cheek
but I don't think there is anything exploitive about telling the truth or making obvious connections.

8. Don't hold your breath.
It would be a holy miracle if anyone actually
mentioned the causal relationship between
foreign policy and terrorism.
Naw, they are "evil" and it is that simple.
Don't get me wrong, terrorism is EVIL, but
simply cannot be examined without the
cause and motivations of the terrorists which
lead right back to the neocon project.

14. I don't think that there should be any protocol on such.
The standards of decency should apply. Timing is everything. It can make us either appear as opportunists or as truth speakers. The timing must be right, and now isn't the time.

16. Clark on Hannity
Clark will be on Hannity tonight. (He's not elected, though.) I expect that he will make an indirect connection; he'll state a simple fact and let the audience connect the dots. I expect he'll say something along the lines of, "We still haven't caught bin Laden."
