Will the Rove story disappear next week if Rehnquist resigns?
And there are reports that he may do that. Since O'Connor has already announced her resignation, that would be two seats to be nominated to the Supreme Court? Would that overwhelm every other story out there, including the Rove story?

3. News won't come back until something happens in teh GJ.
Don't know if we'll hear anything about events before Fitz issues intictments or not.
