... but didn't mention her by name, what would be the reaction from law enforcement? Do you think that the FBI or the Secret Service, or the Maryland State Police would simply do nothing on the technicality that... well... the wacko didn't actually specify her BY NAME?

I always assumed that a slug like that wouldn't be able to find anyone dumb enough to put up with his totalitarian methods.
