IF a pres. were removed for treason, would his decisions be null & void? |
|
in other words, if the president was theoretically removed for the treasonous acts committed in the run up to the useless, pointless war, would his war policies, and all other abhorrent policies be therefore declared moot?
or would laws and policies made during his tenure stick?

They can't nullify 5-6 years of rule by fiat. They'd have to move to overturn specific decisions, but the consequences can never be undone.

3. It seems that it would be impossible to declare everything |
|
as null and void. After all, it's been five long miserable years. So it would be likely that laws and policies that he made would still be in effect. After all, until recently, this was a country of laws.

Infallible in office no matter what kind of idiot they are. If he were removed for treason (about four years late IMO) his decisions still stand.
