bush* will fire someone
if they commit a crime, but "dirty tricks" are fine.

1. I heard some woman on NBC last night say
"That happens all the time in DC" - and I thought well, then let's change DC you moron! That makes it alright??

3. Happens all the time?
But, but, but, I thought George W. Bush was gonna change the tone in Washington, and bring honor and decency to government. That was all a lie?

On the other hand, we don't impeach the President for lying about a blow job or even high crimes and misdemeanors that kill thousands of people, so maybe the tone in Washington has changed after all. That "honor and decency" stuff, however, is still wanting. Badly wanting.

2. There it is
Plus it's a total dodge. A leak doesn't have to be illegal before it is dangerous and shows a lack of judgement. Rove and whoever else leaked this name acted totally irresponsibly, even if it turns out they didn't technically break any laws. They should be out of there.

6. Endangering national security,...is pretty serious stuff.
Conspiring to maliciously leak (for political revenge) a CIA operative and operation, which directly impacts national security is a crime when it involves the conversion of a government document (in this case, the memo/write-up on Wilson and his wife).

Conspiring to cover-up the conversion of the document leading to theleak or to obstruct the investigation are serious crimes. Committing perjury is a crime, too.

I suppose, conspiring to cover-up a cover-up *LOL* is also a crime ala the W.H. publishing a "talking points" memo relating to the investigation and the case.

I'd guess, there are several people in addition to Rove who are in really deep caa caa!!!

4. Another good point
is that there are several administration officials that have been convicted of crimes. Negroponte should be gone.

7. Since he hires ex-cons, you doubt he'd fire those convicted.
Makes perfect sense to me. More likely he'd pardon 'em IF he isn't impeached, first.
