Who is the unrevealed cowardly White House source that allows |
|
Judith Miller to moulder in jail without an unconditional release? Who won't just step up to the plate and accept accountability for their illegal actions?

1. Obviously Is Someone Very Important |

This hack definitely knows something significant, otherwise she wouldn't be staying put in jail. It could not possibly be Rove, because it appears he's on the ropes already. My guess is she knows a lot, and was perhaps involved somehow.
I think it would be a hoot if she is indicted as well, then she can just stay in jail while she's on trial. I still can dream about a Shrub indictment, can't I? That would be wonderful.

3. You're not really asking a politician to own-up to something are you? |

They are treating her like a "crack-head" who won't reveal their dealer. Anyway, isn't she the one who didn't print anything???

6. You know what, you're right - she didn't print anything. . hmmm. . . |
|
So how was she pulled into this loop? Who named HER? Was she identified as a contact by one of the sources or is she a source herself? Is she protecting herself as a source? Is it a "The Murder of Roger Ackroyd" but applied in a twisted way to journalism?
Anybody remember that country classic "I'm My Own Grampa"?

keeps Miller in jail is a hero. In all seriousness, Miller is free to talk, as I understand it. Her source has given her permission to speak, but Miller *feels* that she shouldn't speak on principle because one's source should never be revealed. (Yeah, right.)
In reality, Miller is protecting and covering up for crimes and criminals. Further, she's also quiet because she may be a part of the crime in that she helped to disseminate info outing a CIA agent.

he's the leaker...under orders from bush and cheney
Miller is not not in jail for protecting a witness...that's media spin.
She was ordered to submit her docs, the special grand jury(they represent all Americans) takes precedent.
Miller is obstructing justice - obstructing in a federal probe that clearly involves breach of national security.
protecting persons that breach national security is a serious crime against all Americans - It deserves a stay in prison.
Fear of a government that is too powerful - as she has stated....is no excuse for obstruction at all.
