have run out of flag-holders. Usually there is a dozen people holding the flags when Bush walks down the hall - then they drop suddenly and dramatically.
I guess they felt this guy was big enough that they didn't need anything but the mildest of backdrops. Mostly we see either the hall flag drop or the soldiers lined up in a row behind Bush. Because the man cannot stand on his own.
