Can VP Cheney be Impeached?
I believe that he can and should be. I will welcome any info about this scumbag that supports his Impeachment.

Article II, Sec. 2:

" The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."


Section Two applies to Bush, Cheney, Rummy, Condi, etc.....

10. As I recall they got him for taking bribes & tax for fixing milk prices
when he was Gov of Maryland. He pleaded nolo contendere (not quite a guilty plea but basically the same effect) and resigned.

16. Well that's not exactly true as stated

What it means is that the Impeachment itself is not reversible by a pardon. It is a strictly legislative act not subject to Executive or Judicial review. And the impeachment itself carries no penalty other than the removal from office.

Any subsequent or additional criminal judgments of the individual impeached could be subject to a pardon.
