India Says It Wont Send Troops to Iraq
I realize LBN already has a similar thread, but this NYT piece has some very
telling quotes. It also claims that Indians overwhelmingly opposed
the whole Iraqi undertaking, even though they had been promised quite
a slice of the reconstruction rewards if they committed their forces.
Boy that really says something - India has to be one of the most desparate
of anyone for foreign business and sp. from the US, even more so than
Pakistan. To think they had the ba**s to turn us down..

1. I don't blame them, as Ricky Watters once said....
"for who, for what?"

France and Germany should say no as well, unless they get the right oil bribe. The entire fiasco is a sad joke that no one is laughing at.
