Thom Hartman is talking about Roberts now. Not good.
He was a lawyer with the firm Lawyers for Bush/Cheney that argued Bush v. Gore in Florida. How did he get appointed to the 5th Circuit Court, by Dems no less, without this being brought up then? Another FUBAR story.
