WOW! Ron Reagan opens with ROVE, not Roberts!
In fact, his opening was about how Roberts had pushed Rove of Page 1, BUT...and then went into the Rove/reporters' source bit, not a word about Roberts.

There is hope yet.

36. You all need to calm down
I was being majorly sarcastic about him making Daddy proud. If you see my other posts, you will see how fiercely liberal I am. Sorry if my statement was misconstrued. No I never posted on another site as RightNYC. Last, I am still in NYC.

4. That's what they all need to do
It'll only fall off the front pages if the media allows it to do so. All of the distraction tactics in the world can only give the media an option on what to report.

The manner in which that option is exercised belongs solely to themselves.

the subject like the toadies do.

I know msrnc is desperate or they wouldn't have given him a voice there.

I have narrowed my news sources down to what I can get on Link and World News International. So I have no idea who is on which US channels anymore.

28. I guess Rove must be the main villan in this but
it would be nice if Scooter Libby was mentioned, as well, because Libby's role leads right to the asshole Cheney, who in my view, started the ball rolling on the character assasination of J. Wilson and destruction Mrs. Wilson's covert Op.

32. agreed, Libby too
and who in their right mind belives a double leak to six journalists by these two didn't originate at the top? Not me for sure, I read DU and the Plame threads :-)

To me, the UberVillain has to be Cheney. You know, the guy who ordered intercepting planes stand down on 9/11 while Bush* was not reachable.

But such a big crowd of Nixon-style (and -era!) thugs to choce from...

He seemed to appreciate it. I was the only one to ask to shake his hand.

33. It really was great. He's a sweetie. And he didn't turn on the juice for
the camera and then deflate at the commermcial like all the rest. He's just him, and there's no BS about him. He really cares about his country, and he takes alot of hits from the ignorant pundits for our side. If you're gonna get your seat on TV, Rachel Maddow is learning that the price is bumps and bruises, but at least our side is heard. Interesting that two of our best are also from alternative lifestyles. They buck the system everyday and come back on TV for more. Good for them.

I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, that his Dad didn't accept it at first, if at all. But my 80's history is weak, so, anyone can get in here if you care.
