Anyone else notice something odd about Gen. Casey?

Just an observation:

This guy always seems to have his arms folded and I also noticed he has an odd way about him when he's speaking.

Not that I'm perfect, but there's just something about this guy that strikes me as odd.

1. It's body language
Arms crossed on chest indicates defensiveness.
It's a statement within itself.
