I can't imagine too many people at the UN will be happy to see the guy knowing he was installed and not have to be put through the tradiontal routes of senate confirmation.

How much power will have at the UN? I mean, who over there is going to take the guy seriously?

And can he lose his job if he did have something to do with the outing of Plame?
