Would my senators actually get wind of what I'm going to mail them?
The war has become my obsession, and I plan on mailing pictures of maimed/dead Iraqi children to the offices of my spineless representatives, Clinton and Schumer (both of whom voted for the IWR and have not called for immediate withdrawal).

Forgive my naivete (I'm a youngin'), but would either of these failures ever see said pictures, or would it be more likely that some intern/secretary would take one look and throw them out?

6. I can't see what the risk would be if the pictures of dead and maimed...
are consequences of the Iraqi war. The war in Iraq is a congressionally authorized war. The Senators have agreed to the murder of hundreds of thousands of people even though the Resident lied. The pictures are contracted murders backed by the full faith and authority of the United States government. These dead are what the Senators wanted and I should think they would be grateful to anyone who allowed them to see what they voted for.

16. Understood and your concern is appreciated.
These days it gets riskier to speak out considering the changes being made to our democracy.

4. I think they both saw the non-released Abu Graib pics...
If those didn't make the difference, I don't know how yours would.
But go for it anyway...

12. Why not?
1. They voted for the IWR.

2. They are opposed to immediate withdrawal.

I ask again: Why are they not to blame?

9. I think a well thought out plan like that is OK. I was impressed by the
mothers who were operating booths next to army recruiting booths at schools..showing just what you describe...in other words it's not just a jolly jape and adventure but horrible things happen all the time and people die.

14. Proceed with caution if someone in the military has taken the
photos. There may be rules.

If there is no law being broken -

phrase it as a request.

Ask them if they could please place the photos on their bulletin board.

Sorry, the first part of my message is serious.

The seond part is written with cynicism as I am still angry with Clinton and Shirmer for their vote.

I demand to know what they were told in secret that made them vote the way they did.
