About those cold medicine - eliminating them or requiring prescriptions: |
|
I wonder whether the same people who want to punish law abiding citizens for the work of criminals are the same who object to any gun control law saying that.... law abiding citizens should not be penalized for the activities of criminals

1. I guess the problem is being able to buy lots of these pills at the same |

time. I don't know anything about making meth, but I guess it takes a lot of these allergy pills to get enough of the ingredient to make it. It seems to me, keeping them OTC but behind the pharmacy counter should work just fine.
I heard Pregon was going to make them "by prescription only" which to me is going too far!

7. Exactly. I don't mind "registering" my allergy tablets |
|
but no insurance is going to pay for a doctor visit to get prescriptions or... will just increase the premium

4. Prescriptions will never work. |
|
People take OTC because they don't feel bad enough to take the time off work to go see a doctor, or they can't even afford to go to the doctor. Putting them behind the counter at the pharmacy should be enough.
