I'm more curious if there have been polls conducted by the local papers and TV stations. I haven't seen any since last week.

Kos, Atrios and Demobloggers have had great reports from the field, and here's hoping all this hard work has some positive results. My greatest hope is Repugnicans decide it's such a nice day, they'd rather be golfing.

IMHO, this is already a victory and if Paul wins, that will be a great bonus. The netroots have come together and showed both money and muscle. This is something that will bring a lot of great benefits in future elections.

Damn -- The Witch of the West looks downright cheerful and approachable next to Jean. I'm not all about judging women on thier looks, but doesn't she looks scary? Would some botox or a chemical peel kill her? I'll melting! I'm melting! What' a world! What a world!

From what I've read on the internets at least one of Jean's flying monkey henchmen bites! Better test for rabbies.

Jean looks really constipated. I know from an embaressing trip to the E.R. that stress will do that to you. She's gotta be mighty stressed right about now - this was supposed to be an easy race for her. It's the most red district in all of Ohio. But Paul got all that free press and raised $450,000 from the netroots. That'd be enough to raise any Republican toadies' blood pressure. But then you have to add the fact that a conserative group has been running radio ads telling conservatives to stay home becuase Jean went along with Bob Taft's tax cut plans while she was a state legislator. Now add to that the revealations about her campaign manager being a dominatrix, and that fact that she got called out in the press for lieing about her ties to Ohio GOP corruption. No doubt: Her blood/ex lax level is definately over the legal limit.

I sure hope Jeff wins. Not just because I want real Iraqi war vet to serve in the House. Not just because a Democratic victory in the most Republican district in Ohio would be a huge embaressement for the GOP. Because it would be good for the country.
