15. Their oathes of office require them to be truthful throughout,...
,...their service to the American people. Moreover, a false statement to a law enforcement agency could still lead to obstruction and conspiracy and other laws relating to perjury. So, just 'cause their statements aren't under oath does not mean they can avoid the commission of crimes in so doing.

5. Excellent. I have been wanting to do the same thing. How about
adding the documents that we know he supoenaed, like what Condi talked about at the press gaggle and AF1 records. Sure there is much more. I will look for the links.

11. Yes - thousands -- you didn't have anything else to do, right?
haha

I was just referring to some specific documents that are telling and can shed light on where Fitz is going with this...

and no pride of authorship! :-)

I do think the List is pretty accurate. I've tried to be careful with it.

23. thanks. I have been pretty consumed with this. I think it is a true
mystery of our time. Wouldn't it be great to crack it? You would think every journalist worth his/her salt would be staying up late every night. If you read the stuff about gannon (let me know and I will send you the links) you have got to think he was involved yet he has only admitted to the fbi visit, right? I have even thought, I wonder if it is possible to get information to Fitzgerald about the oddity of the whole gannon thing. He is probably having a hell of a time staying within scope. So much of this ties directly to scamming the invasion and rape of Iraq.

Why isn't Bush ever under oath? Isn't he and Cheney still under oath though to protect the Constuition from when they were sworn in?

7. "Persons Possibly Figuring into the Valerie Plame Leak Investigation"
I would add Bolton, Woolsey, Feith and Perle to that list.

Peace.

10. I see them involved in DSM, but not Plame so much.
That's why I didn't include them in the "Possibly Figuring In" category.

16. My reason for suggesting them has to do with the frequency ...
... of their association with Judith Miller and, in Perle's case in particular, the co-association with Chalabi and Miller. So, if I were Fitzgerald they'd be on my A list.

Peace.

19. Interesting comments just posted by Arianna Huffington
The odds are very high that the info on Valeria Plame poured into the White House from multiple sources -- from Cheney and Libby’s arm-twisting visits to Langley, from all the neocons -- including Doug Feith -- with inside intelligence info, from the State Dept. memo. Maybe even from new UN ambassador John Bolton. ..... P.P.S.: In fact, I believe that when all is said and done neither Miller nor Rove nor Libby nor anyone in the White House nor Kaus’ neocon pals will have anything to celebrate.

http://talkleft.com/new_archives/011478.html

snip
We know that Fitzgerald subpoenaed the complete transcript of his July 12, 2003 press gaggle conducted at a hospital in Nigeria. We know that he subpoenaed telephone records for Air Force One during a portion of the trip. We also know that he subpoenaed the July 6 to July 30, 2003 records of the White House Iraq Group, a public relations kind of task force formed by Cheney's staff to promote the Administrations' view of the war.

ps. this is a great link

22. Hope Fitz will enter indictments
before the republican machine derails justice. I see Fitz as our last chance at the general public learning the truth. He may be our last chance at avoiding another conflict or restoring the country into something recognizable. There are alot of names on that list and the more names he can connect to illegal activity, the better. Maybe he will use a shotgun approach pulling in multiple dishonest acts and people.
