10. The ACVR Goal: Disenfranchise further through Voter ID...

What I didn't make clear in the article, but should have, and will in future articles, is that the ACVR is claiming phony "voter disenfranchisement" so that they can then call for Photo ID Laws at the polls in order to assure further voter disenfranchisement (some 10% of Minorities, City Dwellers and Elderly have no photo ID).
