(CBS) A female teacher at a Catholic high school in Albany, N.Y., allegedly had sex with a male student and, reports Judy Sanders of CBS affiliate WRGB-TV in Albany on The Early Show, he's not the only one with whom she's said to have had relations.

Beth Geisel, a 42-year-old Christian Brothers Academy writing instructor, mother of four and wife of a bank president, said nothing as she surrendered to face charges of raping a 16-year-old male student last May.

Police say she had sex with the boy once at her home in the Albany suburb of Colonie, as her children slept downstairs.

According to the boy's deposition, "She came home in a cab. She was drunk. She started to rub my chest, and just suddenly kissed me. I was shocked. She told me she knew it was wrong, but she had been thinking about me for a while. We then took off our clothes and had sex."

Because that student was of legal age to give consent, there were no charges filed. But his attorney, John Aretakis, says Geisel acted inappropriately on a school trip to Florida with students in February, and the CBA should have acted sooner.

"CBA has said to me, and I quote, 'Fine. She drank with kids. She passed out drinking. She provided alcohol. That's in February. How does that give us notice that she would have sex with several children in May?' That was irresponsible," asserted Aretakis.

18. Why do people snicker when it's a woman seducing a boy, but if a man

seduces a girl it's horrific? Why isn't it horrific in both cases? (Note: the attractiveness of the woman seems to make a difference as well. If she's ugly as sin, people foam at the mouth. If she's a hottie, though... high fives for the kid.)

We understand it.

When I was sixteen I would have given my anything to sleep with a hot teacher. Morals are out the window. My entire teenage life was hormone overdrive.

That being said, it doesn't make it right, but I would be willing to bet that every hetro male on the board has had a fantasy about at least one HS teacher.

Apparently it is or she would not have been arrested. As for your question though come on.... A boy will do anything for sex but that is not the same for a girl. You don't need to seduce a boy, just say do ya wanna. A girl has much more to worry about and therefor much harder to seduce.

is where I learned how to drink, have sex, smoke pot and cuss. This is no surprise folks. The only difference from when I was a kid and now they are female teachers doing it instead of finally busting the priests for having sex with not 16 year olds but usually 7 or 8 year olds so I would say we are improving from the past, wouldn't you say?
