CNN's Air France coverage continues to, as Jon Stewart would say.....
...sssssssssuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccckkkkkk!!!!!

No one can tell me that CNN editors didn't give their talking heads marching orders regarding how to dole out the kudos for the successful evacuation of the 300 plus people from the Toronto plane crash today:

Stress the flight crew....downplay the EMS.

I have been a broken record on this all day, but I don't care.

However....at this point I'm outta gas....movin' on....said my piece. (and the crowd went wild!!!)

:applause: :woohoo: :applause: :woohoo:

1. The first lesson of being a Canadian news watcher.
CBC is your friend. Watch the national and CBC newsworld. Forget CNN.

I also watch Newsworld and love it's docs especially.

I'm a complex neurotic bastard.

3. Well, they have to talk about SOMETHING besides Rove, Bolton, or Hackett

I'm very glad this story had a happy ending, but IT ENDED when the fire did. How can three stations spend three hours of prime time talking about a plane crash that had no casualties?

4. Wolf Blitzer is usually disappointed when there isn't
massive death, mutilation, and destruction from this stuff. I bet he was also pissed that the French passengers weren't killed.
