give Hackett another year in 2006, and he'll beat the ugly out of her. Hell, run the guy for President. At least he has a guts to take it to the GOP.

1. Herbie, you are right on target. If we lose, I'd rather lose knowing
that our message was clear. Nuances won't cut it anymore. Our country is on the line. We need folks like Hackett. I'm tired of our leaders trying to walk the line and straddle the fence. That's why I like Mike Malloy and wish he was on during the day. Obviously, the "figure out which way the wind is blowing and bend that way" method of politics hasn't worked for us. If we can get this into our heads before the next two election cycles, we might just get our mojo back.

I wish that Hackett had won...
but that doesn't mean that the people who are voted for him are stupid. Kinda smacks of the "Americans are dumb" post
