What is relationship between UN and World Court?
Will our newly-appointed, temporary US ambassador to the UN have any influence with re: to the WC in The Hague? Could *'s insistence on Bolton be seen as some sort of insurance policy to give * some input with re: to WC's agenda and docket? Trying to avoid the frog march?
