Joe Biden can bite me
I'll never forgive his attack on Howard Dean.

Democrats can do much better than Joe "Credit Card" Biden.

2. That's how I feel
He talks a good game but at roll call his name always seems to be listed in the wrong column when it comes to yaying and naying.

10. Ditto.
He has the ability to make people listen; problem is that he's too worried about offending the other side, not helping our cause. With the exposure he gets every damn Sunday on news programs, he's blown chance after chance.

13. Randi Rhodes made a similar observation
she asked him why won't he just come out and say that this administration is full of liars.

Biden responded that she would ask him to do the "hardest" thing.

Not hard, not harder, but "hardest".

Asshole.

5. After he's done biting you, he can kiss my ass

I'll never forgive his "I want you to know I'm going to vote for you, but first I will admonish you" BULLSHIT at the Condi Rice ritual baptism.

And yet, despite it all, this will have no effect on the number of "WOO HOO! Biden is on FIRE!" threads that appear on DU.

20. Same basic approach to the IWR vote too, actually
"Here are all the reasons I shouldn't vote for this, but I'm going to vote for this anyway."

Not exactly my idea of Profiles in Courage material.

9. Earlier this year, when each and EVERY thing Howard Dean
said made national headlines, Biden couldn't wait to jump in front of the cameras to announce that "Howard Dean doesn't speak for me".

8. I will never ever forgive him for the way he handled the Anita Hill
testimony in Thomas hearings. It was his job to have a dignified process - he failed beyond measure - I think he liked the theatre and thought it would elevate his image as a statesman. What a joke he is - a bloviating blowhole.

19. If he's the candidate, I won't lift a finger to support him
Even if he were to win, it'd be four years of doing nothing more than trying to traingulate and strategize in order to simply hold onto power for it's own sake. What's the point?

That being said I think there is about zero chance of him being the nominee, the only people who are in love with this guy are people like Tim Russert, Chris Matthwes and other TV talking heads, and they don't have enough influence to get him elected.
