I loved this - straight to the point: "Turkish officials boasted of giving “tens of thousands of dollars in surreptious payments” to House Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-Illinois) in exchange for political favors.

That allegation is contained a profile of Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) whistleblower Sibel Edmonds in the current issue of Vanity Fair magazine."

4. I read this from Edmonds a few years ago already. But glad to see it

is getting better coverage.

6. If there had been a Democratic congress this probably would have been

addressed earlier. People need to wake up and realize that Republicans are criminals, liars and thieves. This is what happens when you elect Republicans. This is also why the stolen elections of 2000, 2002, and 2004 were so important to them. They needed congress, not just the presidency to pull this off.
