Imagine you're a member of the US military, serving in the living hell that is Iraq. One of your own survives combat and makes it back to the states to speak truth to power, to tell the people back home the truth about what you are living through. And he's met with the disgusting, lying, trashing that Hackett got from Limpballs. (And by the way, in 1968 my fiancee had surgery on a pilonidal cyst so he could fulfill his desire to serve his country in Vietnam as a 2nd lieutenant. He had the surgery, then left for his tour followed by a 20-year career.) Considering all of the VA budget cuts, the lack of proper armor and equipment, food and water, what does this trashing of your brother in arms do to your morale?

1. Wonder what they are thinking?

I would assume that Lushbo's spewage was broadcast over the AFN- so I wonder what the troops thought of hearing one of their own, someone they might have even worked with, get trashed...I can only hope they had their eyes opened about how the reich wing "supports" them....
