Just got off the phone with a republican friend of mine. Last week he seemed to be questioning W* and starting to see the light. Today he went on a rant for me to read Michael Savage's "Enemy Within". I told him that I had no interest in the book. He must have gone off on the book store when they said it was in the back. He thought Michael had 3 books that are number one and he deserved a special place in the store.
:argh: He proceeds to tell me that I need to quit listening to the media (which is called liberal in la la land). I told him that I don't listen to too much of the conservative bushy controlled media, but get my tidbits from the internet.

I don't know much about the Savage Wiener, but about 5 minutes of him playing on my friends radio. I couldn't stand it and he thinks Al Frankin and Michael Moore are terrible. I don't get it, but I told him the bookstore was probably getting ready to throw the book out back and I told that he should not worship the savage and read up on PNAC. I think I am right that it is more PNAC running this country into the ground rather than the liberals according to him.

Something must be happening in the right wing world for his hatred to be showing like this. I think his head nearly exploded and mine was only damaged slightly.

He also told me as the first poster did that Savage is dissing B*sh. I guess I don't know what Savage is saying, but it has really brainwashed my "" friend "". Apparently it is something against diversity. He had to ask me if I was white; ah duh, and whether I was proud of my race. I said, "not especially the way the b*sh regime has been acting." "I would hope that people of all nations would be coming together and getting smarter instead of trying to blow each other up". This is when he told me that we should hire mercenaries to kill all of "them" meaning muslims. In his mind the mecenaries would be much cheaper and a good value for the US.

Really find it funny in light of the Novak and Santorum eruptions.

3. My one time encounter with the Savage Wiener.

I had to take my pomeranian who was very sick to the emergency pet clinic. It was after hours on a weekend and while in the waiting room, Savage was on MSGOP, this was back when he had a show, I was appalled after only a few minutes of listening to his right wing crappola. I had no choice but to sit and listen to this bs, as my furkid was very sick and I couldn't go outside to wait. It was sickening! Not one person save for me, seemed to be put off by the Savage Weiner. :shrug: Well this is Texas bush country, so what did I expect? :yoiks:

... is nothing but cheap entertainment with messages tailored to be easily assimilated "hell yeah" moments to the stupid and disaffected in society, which comprises an unfortunately large percentage of the population.

Don't think for a second that Rush, Savage, most of them believe a fucking word they are saying, they are crafting a message that sounds good as long as you don't think about it much and as long as you are ready to blame everyone else in the country for the fact that you are a fucktard loser.

All they care about is getting listeners. When a liberal message can get the same number of listeners, they could (almost all anyway) flip to our side and sound just as persuasive.

This is all about careers, all about money, all about ratings. Don't forget that.

I just can't see Rush or Savage switching sides. They might try if the money was right, but something has to be truly wrong with their hearts. I haven't heard my buddy get this hateful before. He has worked for years without paying any taxes, yet had the gall to bitch about taxes.
I told him once that he should quit complaining about taxes if he doesn't pay any. That shut him up for a while, but now it is seeming more evil. Total hatred for muslims and some sort of Arian Nations type of isolation and hatred for anyone outside of America.
