Would Bush Interrupt His Vacation If Indictments Are Made? |
|
Think about how it will look if he does interrupt his vacation and think about how it would look if he doesn't. I believe it is a classical Loose-Loose situation. Also, does it seem likely that Fitzpatrick will not announce the indictments until Federal Marshals are on their way to serve and effect arrests - I doubt that there will be any forewarning? That could lead to some awfully interesting news footage from the Ranch. The Grand Jury is supposed to be finished with its business in about 95 days or so. Some of that time has to be for cleanup work after the indictments come out and Bush is supposed to be down at the pig farm for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
This could be good.

9. Well rumor has it and I read somewhere that he said |
|
regarding his impending imminent draft # for Vietnam, that it was either Canada or the TANG. So if he didn't get lucky, he was fixin' to turn tail and run. Now I don't blame anyone for wanting to run from the draft/Vietnam war, it's just the chicken hawks like bush** who supported the war and yet weren't willing to put their lives on the line and in fact did all they could to avoid it, that make me sick.

7. Tomorrow would be a good day. |
|
I think they'll want the feeding frenzy to die down quickly. That means a Friday (the day that Watergate indictments were dealt out). And what better time than when everybody is home on vacation. I'd put money that a Friday in the next four weeks will bring something from Fitz and his grand jury.
Kind of scary what we might see. I'm very worried about the administration's response. And I certainly hope that the GJ has the lid on things!!!

8. Never having been indicted myself........ |

I wondered what the exact process is. Do lawyers get a heads up to bring in their client? Or is it more serious so that the indictee must be taken into custody by U.S. Marshals?
That would make for some lively TV.

11. Bush wouldn't interrupt his vacation if the world was ending... |
|
unless, of course, a brain-dead woman in Florida was being taken off life support.
