...immediately. I don't normally watch Novak - don't even have cable tv. But when I saw the vid on the net, his speech was very definitely slurred. I guessed either drugged or drunk. Unless he just talks that way all the time. But I've heard and seen other vids of him online and he didn't sound like that before...
